Host your own Botox Bop at U Boutique & Med Spa and receive Botox at $9 per unit (normally $12 per unit). Just have a minimum of four friends present for treatment, the more the merrier!
All Botox treatments are performed by a Board Certified Physician Assistant who is skilled in the use and treatment of Botox Cosmetic. Carol Robinson has over 11 years of clinical experience and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners for Physician Assistants. Carol Robinson is a locally renowned injection specialist and has been featured in D Magazine and D Beauty.
Please remember medical treatments will be performed during the Botox Bop, therefore, alcohol may NOT be served anytime prior to, during, or after the Botox Bop.
An overview of Botox Cosmetic will be presented along with discussion of the Informed Consent and Post Care instructions. You and your guests will be required to fill out a medical history form and complete the Informed Consent prior to treatment. All medical information will be kept private and secured in accordance with HIPPA regulations. You and your guests will receive a copy of the HIPPA regulations, copy of the Informed Consent, Post Care Instructions, and contact information for Carol Robinson should you have any questions or concerns.
During the Botox Bop we will provide complimentary chair massages and gift bags for your guests. Each of your guests will receive a $50 gift card to be used for a future Botox treatment. We'll even give them 20% off any products purchased that evening and any prepaid services purchased during the Botox Bop.
