You can earn FREE Botox by hosting your own Botox Bop at U Boutique & Med Spa. Just have a minimum of three friends present for treatment, the more the better! You earn free Botox treatments based upon the number of areas purchased during your party, which you may redeem for your Botox treatment.
The cost of Botox is priced per area. The first area is $275 (a savings of $50 off regular pricing of Botox) and each subsequent area is $200. You can achieve a level upon which you receive your Botox absolutely free!
Based on areas of Botox treatment among your guests at the Bop:
If six areas treated : earn one free area of Botox
If twelve areas treated: earn two free areas of Botox
If eighteen areas treated: earn three free areas of Botox
You may redeem your earned Botox treatments during your Botox Bop or at a later date. Redemption is not transferable and must be redeemed within a twelve-month period from date of issue.
All Botox treatments are performed by a Board Certified Physician Assistant who is skilled in the use and treatment of Botox Cosmetic. Carol Robinson has over 9 years of clinical experience and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners for Physician Assistants. Carol Robinson is a locally renowned injection specialist and has been featured in D Magazine and D Beauty.
Please remember medical treatments will be performed during the Botox Bop, therefore, alcohol may NOT be served anytime prior to, during, or after the Botox Bop.
An overview of Botox Cosmetic will be presented along with discussion of the Informed Consent and Post Care instructions. You and your guests will be required to fill out a medical history form and complete the Informed Consent prior to treatment. All medical information will be kept private and secured in accordance with HIPPA regulations. You and your guests will receive a copy of the HIPPA regulations, copy of the Informed Consent, Post Care Instructions, and contact information for Carol Robinson should you have any questions or concerns.
During the Botox Bop we will provide complimentary chair massages and gift bags for your guests. We will have available a medical aesthetician to answer any questions you may have about skin care. We will be giving each of your guests a $50 gift card to be used for a future Botox treatment. We'll even give them 20% off any products purchased that evening and any prepaid services purchased during the Botox Bop.
