Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a skin resurfacing procedure that uses a handheld blade called a dermatome, which resembles an electric razor to evenly skim off the surface layers of the skin.
Dermaplaning effectively treats acne scars and fine lines and wrinkles. Because dermaplaning is a great exfoliation treatment, another benefit of dermaplaning is increased product penetration and enhanced results from other topical treatments such as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and Photofacial (IPL).
