Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday from 10am to 6pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 8pm and Friday and Saturday 9am to 6pm. However, we offer 24/7 online booking for your convenience.

Do you host spa parties or large spa gatherings?
Absolutely! Please call the spa and we will customize a spa party for you and all of your friends. Please provide at least a week's notice for your party so that we have adequate time for planning and scheduling of staff. We do require a 50% deposit for groups of more than 4 people because we have to make special staff arrangements for large groups. We offer complimentary refreshments for spa parties.

Do you require a deposit for booking an appointment?
We do not require a deposit upon booking an appointment, unless you need to make a group reservation for more than four guests. We require a 50% deposit for spa parties or groups of more than four people.

What is your cancellation policy?
We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. However, we know that things come up and a 24-hour notice is not always possible. However, please call to let us know if you will not be able to make your appointment. If we do not receive a call, a $50 charge will be placed against your card.

When should I arrive for my appointment and what if I'm late for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the required paperwork. If you are late for your appointment, you will limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next scheduled service will not be delayed and the full price of your service will be charged. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, it is best to call and reschedule your appointment.

What is your refund policy for products and services?
We have a 30-day refund policy for products. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be unopened and unused in order to receive a refund. We do not offer refunds on completed services. If for some reason you are unhappy with your service, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation. We do not offer refunds for prepaid services, prepaid specials, or prepaid service series, however prepaid services, specials and series may be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards may not be refunded.

Do you offer online shopping for product lines?
Currently, we do not offer online shopping, but it is coming soon, we promise! However, you may call the spa at 972.943.8633 and purchase your products over the phone and we will ship them to you.

What should I wear for my spa treatment?
Most of our spa treatments (not including medical treatments) are enjoyed without clothing, but what is most important is that you feel comfortable during your service. We do however, provide robes and you will be fully draped for all treatments except for the area being worked on.

Are children allowed in the spa?
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing and tranquil environment for our guests, children are not permitted in the spa.
