Carol Robinson is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has been in practice for more than 10 years. After graduating magna cum laude from Texas Woman's University with a major in Biology, she attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Allied Health Physician Assistant Program graduating with honors and inducted in the Alpha Eta Honor Society at the University of Texas Southwester Medical Center. In 2004, she obtained a Master of Science Degree in Medical Science at Alderson Broaddus College, a PA Postgraduate Program.

Carol Robinson has been recognized in such publications as D Magazine and D Beauty and specializes in injectable cosmetic procedures to include Botox, Restylane, Radiesse and Juvederm for facial enhancement, as well as Sclerotherapy for spider vein removal, and Laser Hair Reduction. She also specializes in PhotoFacial and photodynamic therapy for the treatment of acne, hyperpigmentation and broken capillaries.

With excellent communication skills, she provides her patients with education and understanding about the treatments they receive at U. Her technical ability is unsurpassed in obtaining the results her patients seek.

Desiree Robinson is the president and owner of U Boutique and Med Spa. In 2006, Desiree graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts. After graduating, Desiree pursued a business venture that combined her interests in medicine and the beauty industry. After two years in development, U Boutique and Med Spa was born. Desiree's passion for keeping up with the latest in innovative and results-oriented technology ensures that U Boutique and Med Spa will stay on the cutting edge of the beauty and medical spa industry.

Dr. Adler is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Dermatology, and has had offices in Arlington, Flower Mound and Park Cities. He has served as President of the Arlington Medical Society and twice was President of the North Texas Dermatological Surgery Society. Dr. Adler's major professional interests include skin cancer detection and treatment, acne, eczema, cosmetic, and laser procedures.

Shellie graduated with honors from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising.  After a career in retail merchandising, she decided to pursue her passion for skin care and received her aesthetician education from the Aveda Institute Dallas. She enjoys providing clients with result-oriented treatments while incorporating  traditional skin care principles.  Shellie takes pride in getting to know her clients and sharing with them the latest in skin care technology/trends. Her goal with each treatment is to establish mutual trust, understand the client’s goals, and provide ongoing solutions for their skin care desires. Her specialties include facials, waxing and body treatments.  Shellie says "I am a people person, and the best part of my job is meeting people and helping them with their skin care needs.”

Caycee Saunders has always been interested in the skincare industry and pursued her passion by attending and graduating from The Salon Professional Academy. The simplest things brings her an inner sense of well-being such as providing each of her clients with a personalized home care skincare regimens to ensure her client's goals are met. Caycee says,, "I believe no matter what your skin has been through, it can be improved with the right treatment and attention. I strive every day to bring each client superior personalized treatments in a relaxing and healing environment, while enhancing their individual natural beauty."

Lisa McNear started her career in the beauty industry over 15 years ago by attending the Toni & Guy Academy where she received her cosmetology license and worked as a hair color specialist. After several years as a hairdresser, Lisa decided it was time for a change. Since she has always loved skincare, she persued her passion and received her Aesthetician education from Aveda Institute Dallas, where she focused on facials, waxing, and body treatments. Afterwards, Lisa traveled to Arizona and attended the National Laser Institute where she learned hands-on training in IPL Photofacials, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and chemical peels to become a Medical Aesthetician. Lisa has always loved the beauty industy and has a passion for making her clients look and feel good!

Joy Williams graduated from Texas State University in 2004 with a Bachelor's in Education and Family and Consumer Sciences. After pursuing a career in teaching, Joy decided to switch gears and graduated from the Hands on Approach School of Massage in 2007. Joy is outgoing, friendly and will put a smile on your face while making you feel completely at home at U. Boutique & Med Spa.
