Spa Tips and Policies
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the required paperwork.
Gift Cards are available to purchase online or at the spa for denominations of $25 and higher.
A credit card number is required to reserve your appointment
We respectfully request a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. A charge of $50 will be placed against your card for no-show appointments.
We love kids, but for the safety and comfort of all our clients, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services.
Children under the age of 18 require their parent/guardian's signature on all treatment forms prior to their service.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your service will be cut short, as your appointment will end at the original time so that the next appointment will not be delayed.
Spa Packages can be individually customized to your specific needs.
We offer Spa Party Bookings and Group Bookings. Please call the spa so that we can start planning your party!
