Glow membership is designed for those that are just getting started on their skincare journey. At only $129 per month, it is priced at a lower cost than most of our facials. If you enjoy receiving medical-grade facials, it is a no-brainer. With added discounts on other skincare treatments, Botox / Dysport, and medical-grade skincare products, the Glow membership also allows clients to explore other treatments and products at discounted pricing.

Our Refine membership is for the clients who understand the benefits of advanced injectable and aesthetic treatments. If you are already consistent with your Botox / Dysport treatments every 3-6 months and/or receive other skincare treatments, Refine is the one for you. Not only do you benefit from our lowest pricing on Botox and Dysport all-year-round, you also get discounts on all other treatments including fillers, lasers, microneedling, and chemical peels.

If you have been a long-term customer at U Med Spa, you know that we offer amazing specials! We view memberships as the ultimate package of our specials. Instead of waiting for the next specials, sign up for the memberships so you can access special pricing all year round.

If you are new to us, we do encourage you to see our providers – both injectors and aestheticians – before you make the commitment for the memberships. We want to make sure that you can take advantage of both injectable and skincare treatments to get the most value from the memberships.

Our complimentary facials are “use it or lose it”. However, we do allow members to “bank” one facial per calendar quarter. For example, if you missed your complimentary facials in January and February, you can save one facial from the first quarter to be redeemed later.

For some facials that involve extractions (including HydraFacial and Signature Facial), we do not recommend getting them done more than once a month, especially for sensitive skin. If you would like to get two facials in a month because you have an additional facial banked, we recommend adding a dermaplane to your monthly facial. Dermaplaning removes the “peach fuzz” from your skin making the active serums from your facials to penetrate your skin more effectively.

Our memberships provide up to $5,000 of value and require a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation results in a $200 cancellation for the Glow membership and $300 cancellation for the Refine membership.

Your membership is exclusively for you. Our providers create personalized treatment plans exclusively for you and want you to be able to realize the full benefits. Memberships are not meant to be shared or transferred.

Membership discounts can only be applied to services and products at regular price.
