Practice Manager runs the location. The role covers the schedule and the team, client relationships and retention, enrollment in our membership programs, and keeping the space immaculate and inventory tight. A Spa Manager is a hospitality and business leader rather than a clinician – our providers handle treatments. The background that translates best is luxury retail, hotel spa, or wellness studio management.

• Experience in a client-facing luxury or high-touch service business – retail, hospitality, spa, wellness, private clubs, fine jewelry, or high-end real estate
• Proven team and schedule management
• Comfort holding a team to a standard
• Genuine interest in aesthetics
• Composure and warmth in difficult client conversations
